You may not use or incorporate the images in any advertising or promotional materials
 

These images may not be used in the rendering of original art of any kind, by any other artist either, by hand or digitally without prior written release and commercial license and payments.

Megan Parks Photography has implemented a no tolerance policy, and all clients, artists, web designers, ad designers will be held responsible. Unfortunately forgiveness will not be permission. This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Venues for all purposes shall be in Parker County.
